On the Retail Experience Manager, data about the number of people who went through your doors are displayed under the People Counter page.  


By default, data for all your locations are displayed on the page. 


You can filter this data by location, by camera, by reporting period, or by date range. 


To Filter the Data by Location

  1. On the top left of the People Counter page, click the Edit button to the right of the Locations field.



  2. Since the People Counter page shows all your people counting data by default, on the window, all your locations are checked.
  3. To remove the data for a location, click a checked location. This removes the check from the location.
    To filter the data by a specific location, leave the location checked.
    To remove all locations, click Uncheck All.
    To check all locations again, click Check All.

  4. Once you have set up the filter, click Apply.


To Filter the Data by Camera Location

  1. On the top left of the People Counter page, click the Edit button to the right of the Locations field. 
  2. Click the Camera button to the right of the Locations button. This refreshes the window, and displays all locations where your cameras are installed. By default, all camera locations are checked.
  3. To remove the data for a camera, click a checked camera location. This removes the check from the location.
    To filter the data by a specific camera, leave the camera checked.
    To remove data for all cameras, click Uncheck All.
    To check all data for all cameras again, click Check All.
  4. Once you set up the preferred filter, click Apply.


To Filter the Data by Reporting Period

  1. On the top left of the People Counter page, click the Reporting Period button right below the Locations field. By default, the reporting period is is set to Today.
  2. Select the appropriate option from the list.



  3. The page and the data shown on it is then refreshed.


To Filter the Data by a Custom Date Range

  1. On the top right of the People Counter page, enter a start and end date on the Select a Range boxes.



  2. Click the Apply button to the right.
  3. The page and the data shown on it is then refreshed.
