Available reports on Retail Experience Manager are managed from the Reporting page. 


To open the Reporting page, click Reporting on the Retail Experience Manager menu. 



The Reporting page is divided into two sections: 

  1. Reports
  2. Subscriptions

The Reports Section

Available reports are displayed under the Reports section. Clicking the button for a report displays the Report Criteria page. From here, you can run the report. 


To Run a Report

On the Reporting page, under the Reports section, click the appropriate button to run a report.


For example, clicking the Daily Summary Report displays the Daily Summary Report Criteria page, from where you can run the Daily Summary Report. For more information, see The Daily Summary Report.


The Weekly Summary Report is the other report available under the Reports section. For more information, see The Weekly Summary Report.


After running a report, you can also change the report criteria, subscribe to a report, export the report to PDF or CSV, and print the report from the Report page.

To Edit the Criteria for a Report

  1. Run the report. For more information, see To Run a Report.
  2. At the bottom of the report, click the Change button.
  3. On the Criteria page, make your desired changes to the report criteria, then click the Save button at the bottom. To cancel any changes and go back to the previous page, click the Back button.


To Subscribe to a Report

  1. Run the report. For more information, see To Run a Report.
  2. At the bottom of the report, click the Subscribe button.
  3. On the Add Subscription page, select your name from the Send To list. If your user name is not in the list, enter your email address on the Additional Recipient field,  then click the Save button at the bottom.

NOTE: Admin users can add anyone to the subscription list for a report. Other users may only add their names to the subscription list.


To Save a Report to PDF or CSV

  1. Run the report. For more information, see To Run a Report.
  2. At the bottom of the report, there are a couple of buttons that allow saving of the file to either PDF or CSV. To save the file in PDF, go to Step 3. To save the file  in CSV format, skip to Step 4.
  3. To save the report as a PDF file, click the Save to PDF button. Depending on your settings, the PDF file will either appear inside another browser window or tab, or you will be asked to save the PDF copy of the report to your computer.
  4. To save the report as a CSV file, click the Save to CSV button. You will then be asked to save the PDF copy of the report to your computer.


To Print a Report

  1. Run the report. For more information, see To Run a Report.
  2. At the bottom of the report, click the Print button.

The Subscriptions Section

On the Reporting page, reports to which you are subscribed are displayed under the Subscriptions section. If you are an admin user, you can view all report subscriptions from other users here. Here, you can run and send a report to a subscriber, edit the subscription settings for a report, and delete a report subscription. For more information, see Managing Report Subscriptions.
