On the Reporting page, reports to which you have subscribed are displayed under the Subscriptions section.


NOTE: An admin user can view all report subscriptions while all other users can only view the reports they are subscribed to.


In addition, under the Subscriptions section, you can run a report, edit the subscription settings for a report, and delete a report subscription. From here, you can also change the report criteria, subscribe to a report, export the report to a PDF or CSV file, and print the report.



To Run a Report

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Run button to the right of the subscribed report.
  2. Click the Run Report button at the bottom of the Report Criteria page. This displays the report.

To Edit the Criteria for a Report

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Edit button to the right.
  2. On the Edit Subscription page, make your desired changes to the report criteria, then click the Save button at the bottom. To cancel any changes and go back to the previous page, click the Back button.

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to edit a report's criteria.

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Run button to the right of the subscribed report.
  2. Click the Run Report button at the bottom of the Report Criteria page. This displays the report.
  3. At the bottom of the report, click the Change button.
  4. On the Criteria page, make your desired changes to the report criteria, then click the Save button at the bottom. To cancel any changes and go back to the previous page, click the Back button.

To Subscribe a User to a Report

You may subscribe another user to a report.

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Edit button to the right.
  2. On the Edit Subscription page, select the new subscriber from the Send To list,  then click the Save button at the bottom.
    If the new subscriber's name is not in the Send To list, enter the user's email address on the Additional Recipient field instead.

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to subscribe another user to a report.

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Run button to the right of the subscribed report.
  2. Click the Run Report button at the bottom of the Report Criteria page. This displays the report.
  3. At the bottom of the report, click the Subscribe button.
  4. On the Add Subscription page, enter the email address of the new user on the Additional Recipient field,  then click the Save button at the bottom.

The report is then added to the list of reports under the Subscriptions section.


To Unsubscribe from a Report

To unsubscribe from a report or delete a report from the Subscriptions section:

  1. Click the Delete button to the right of the report.
  2. On the confirmation window, click OK.


To Save a Report as a PDF or CSV File

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Run button to the right of the subscribed report.
  2. Click the Run Report button at the bottom of the Report Criteria page. This displays the report.
  3. At the bottom of the report, there are a couple of buttons that allow saving of the file to either PDF or CSV. To save the file in PDF, go to Step 4. To save the file  in CSV format, skip to Step 5.
  4. To save the report as a PDF file, click the Save to PDF button. Depending on your settings, the PDF file will either appear inside another browser window or tab, or you will be asked to save the PDF copy of the report to your computer.
  5. To save the report as a CSV file, click the Save to CSV button. You will then be asked to save the PDF copy of the report to your computer.


To Print a Report

  1. On the Reporting page, under the Subscription section, click the Run button to the right of the subscribed report.
  2. Click the Run Report button at the bottom of the Report Criteria page. This displays the report.
  3. At the bottom of the report, click the Print button.
