There might be cases when you need to edit People Counting data. For example, one of your locations had to close unexpectedly for some reason for several days, and you failed to disable the location's cameras prior to the shutdown. If something like this happens, the cameras would continue counting your staff as they go through your doors, but since your doors were closed to customers during those days, the count would not reflect your true visitor numbers. You might want to edit your People Counting data as a result.

To edit people counting data, there are three steps you need to follow:

  1. Export People Counting Data for the affected dates using the Export to CSV feature found under People Counter on the Flonomics Dashboard.  For more information, see Exporting People Counting Data.
NOTE: The date/time information on the CSV file that you exported from Flonomics is needed when preparing the CSV file containing the corrected entries that will be uploaded to Flonomics.
  2. Prepare a CSV file with the correct entries for uploading to Flonomics. For more information, see Import File Specifications.
  3. Import the CSV file to Flonomics by sending it to the email address configured to receive data uploads in Administration>Settings. For more information, see Uploading Data via Email.
