If you're a Site Admin or Site Useryou can change your password directly while you're logged on to Flonomics. 


If you're an Org Admin,  you have to reset your password while logged on to Flonomics, log off from the system, then change your password through the link that is sent to you via email. Org admins can also reset the passwords of Site Admin and Site Users following the same procedure.


All users who forget their passwords can request for a new password.


To Change a Password (Site Admins and Users)

  1. Log on to Flonomics.
  2. Click My Account on the Dashboard menu.

  3. On the Account page, enter your current password, then your new password twice.


  4. Click Save.


To Reset a Password


Org admins can reset their passwords as well as the passwords of site admins and users following the steps below. 


Site admins and site users whose passwords have been reset must follow Steps 5 and 6 in this procedure to reset their passwords.

  1. Log on to Flonomics.
  2. Click Administration on the Dashboard menu.

  3. Select your name or the name of the user from the list. 
  4. Click Reset Password. Flonomics will then send you or the selected user an email with the details for changing your passwords.
  5. Click the Change my password link in the email from Flonomics.
  6. On the Change Password page, enter, then confirm the new password, then click Change my password to log on to Flonomics.



To Request a New Password


If you forgot your password, you can request for a new password. All users can request for a new password.

  1. Go to https://app.flonomics.com.
  2. On the Flonomics Sign In page, click Forgot password?


  3. On the Reset Password page, enter your email address, then click Send me password reset instructions.


  4. Click the Change my password link in the email you received from Flonomics.
  5. On the Change Password page, enter, then confirm your new password, then click Change my password to log on to Flonomics.
